We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

Please pick up small items like clothes, toys, or personal objects before we arrive. If you have pets, place them in a calm space, as cleaning can get noisy.
13. Why should I schedule an initial cleaning?
An initial cleaning helps us reset your home to our professional standard so future cleanings are faster and more effective.
14. What if something gets damaged during the cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but if something is damaged, we’ll repair or replace it. Our team is insured, and we’ll handle any claims as needed.
